Do you say “yes” when you really mean “no?”

Speak your KIND

If the answer to any of these questions is “yes” and you are ready to make some changes, lasting changes… you’ve come to the right place!

Learning to ‘Speak your KIND’ is about learning how to speak up for yourself without feeling guilty, learning to put limits on how other people treat you, reducing feelings like shame, anger and resentment, and most importantly learning how to be KIND to yourself in the process.

Specialties

I specialize in helping others to set healthier boundaries on how others treat them, to increase their self-esteem, navigate caretaking issues, improve communication, and decrease feelings of anger and guilt. However, there are many other problems that I can help with.
